FROTHY MAGAZINE: ISSUE II

I was the Creative Director for Frothy Magazine’s second issue on Fashion. I was responsible for all photoshoot concepts, planning and execution. I also oversaw the Design Team while they created the layout of the magazine and the design of each story’s page. In this roll I gained organization, creative and leadership skills.

The back of the magazine was kept simple, with the Frothy green. I added a Frothy Flower to the spine to provide balance and add a small, yet whimsical touch to the cover.

For this cover, I was inspired by Vladi García’s Family Pic (see right).

To execute this, I laid on the ground in a large field and had each model jump over me, making whatever expression they so pleased. I then used Photoshop to combine all the images.
